I have been devoting a great deal of effort and thought to prepare the accommodation for 1 to 3 guests in this modern apartment.
It has a kitchen fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, coffee maker and ironing board.
The apartment has central heating, cable TV and free wi-fi.
With one double bed bedroom, there is, however, a sofa-bed in the living room for an extra guest.
In the bathroom, there is a hairdryer in addition to all the basics (face and bath towels, shower gel, toilet paper, mini sewing kit).

Guests have full access to the whole apartment.

The apartment is located in a mainly residential area well known for its cafés, friendly familiar environment and local commerce and services. 
Almost at the doorstep, there's a subway station (green line) and several amenities like supermarket, small shopping centre, pharmacies, delis, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, flower shops, launderettes...
There are also gardens, parks, cinemas, churches and a gym and covered swimming pool nearby and also two railway stations with connections to different parts of the country, such as the very beautiful and historic town of Sintra or Algarve.
