THE GOLF CLUB
Paço do Lumiar is a special place for Golf lovers. With its unique location, at a surprisingly 10 minutes distance from Suzana in Lisbon apartment, this Club is an oasis in the middle of a vibrant city.
Designed by architect Gary Grandstaff, the golf course has 9 holes, 7 par threes and 2 par fours, and is surrounded by one of the most beautiful Lisbon's green parks, the Monteiro-Mor park in the Costume Museum property.
The tees and the greens are of U.S.G.A standard; each hole is of a standard that would fit in any full size golf course.
It is definitely a great place to play a challenging round without losing the whole day.
If you don't have time for a round, you can hit some balls at the 32 bay covered driving range, which is also floodlit at night. The lower tier provides mirrors to check your swing. You might also enjoy an hour at the short game area where you can practice all range of your short game shots.
