If you are a runner you will be happy to know that there are a few groups in the city, meeting for running. Nike Run Club are weekly running trainings, with coachers for different levels, every tuesdays at 8:00 pm at Nike Store Vasco da Gama or every thursdays at 8:00 pm at Nike Store Chiado. Squirrel Time is for those early risers, everyday from 06:00 am to 07:00 am at Monsanto (the huge Lisbon's green park), starting at Estrada do Penedo parking lot meeting point. Running Lisbon happens from Monday to Thursday at Cidade Universitária or at Professor Moniz Pereira athletics track.
